How It Works

1. Place your order, choosing the size and the base color.

2. Send your artwork to: info@trollashop.com.pl.

3. We prepare a mockup preview of your design on the T‑shirt.

4. You receive the preview for approval.

5. After approval, we print and ship your custom product.

• 5.78 Oz. Made of 100% high-quality cotton, comfortable and eco-friendly.
• This T-shirt boasts a classic round-neck, short-sleeve design, elevated by unique craftsmanship. It's versatile for everyday wear.
  
• Garment Care: Cold(max 40℃ or 104℉); Non-chlorine; Iron with cover; Do not tumble dry; In the shade place.
• Sizes: S, M, L, XL, 2XL. Please calculate your size from the measurement chart below.
• Note: This product is printed and shipped out from our USA-based factory, can be sent to the United States only. When you place the order, please separate products made in different factories to speed up the whole processing.
• Designer tip: To ensure the highest quality print, please note that this product's recommended uploaded image size in pixels (W x H):
  Print: 1656 x 1892 or Higher / 150 dpi.

To achieve a better printing result, we recommend uploading transparent PNG images..

Please note that the DTF Printing technology may result in a white outline around the design's perimeter on the final product.

This particular outline serves a vital purpose by ensuring a secure attachment of the pattern to the fabric.

Please understand that the white outline is inevitable in the printing process. It is not a flaw or defect.

Artwork Requirements

To ensure the best print quality, please send:

• PNG (allows transparency) or JPG (with solid background)

• 1656 x 1892 px or higher (3000 x 3000 px recommended)

• minimum 150 DPI (300 DPI recommended)

• Transparent or non‑transparent background — both are fine

Important: You must send your artwork within 48 hours of placing the order. If we do not receive your file within this time, the order will be automatically canceled and refunded.

CUSTOMIZATION TIPS

• We can't guarantee exact placement. There might be slight discrepancies in print placement. Please keep the main elements of your art towards the center of the design area. Anything near the edge runs the risk of being cut off during the cutting and sewing process.
  
• We allow the color accuracy deviation of the finished product and the mockup image to be within 5%. Please Avoid uploading neon, matte, and metallic colors as our printers cannot achieve accurate printing representation on these specialty color profiles.
• There may be small differences in the design of clothing products, with a deviation of 2-3 cm measured manually during the production process.
  
• It is impossible to perfectly align patterns or images at the seams perfectly.
• Please make sure your design covers the entire print area.
