Our products are sourced from various locations, which means that shipping times may differ depending on the item. The estimated delivery time to the USA is displayed individually on each product page. Shipping times to other countries may vary based on the customer’s location.

We ship worldwide; however, we reserve the right to decline shipping to certain countries if logistical issues arise. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, the customer will be notified, and asked to choose their preferred refund method. Refunds are issued within 7 business days from the moment we receive the payment for the cancelled order.

If the customer does not provide a preferred refund method within 3 business days after receiving the cancellation notice, the refund will be sent to the same bank account or PayPal account used to place the order.
